Yes. MENGQI HOME supports project-based OEM, ODM and private-label development. We can review custom artwork, colors, fabrics, sizes, shapes, construction details, logos, labels and packaging according to your requirements. Please send us your product direction and estimated quantity so that we can confirm the appropriate development route.

For a more accurate quotation, please provide the product type or MENGQI HOME product code, material or preferred fabric, size and construction, artwork or reference images, quantity by design/color/size, branding and packaging requirements, destination market, and target purchasing or delivery time. If some details have not yet been decided, send us the information you already have and our team will help identify the remaining points.

We do not use one fixed MOQ for every product. The applicable MOQ depends on the fabric, color or printing method, product construction, number of designs and sizes, branding, packaging and overall order combination. Please tell us your target quantity by design, color and size. We will review the project and suggest a practical production route.

Yes. An appropriate sample route can be arranged after the product specification has been reviewed. The sample type, sample charge, courier cost and estimated preparation time will be confirmed before sampling begins. Custom samples may require artwork, color, material and construction details to be approved first. Bulk production should proceed only after the agreed sample and product specification have been confirmed.

Sampling and production times are confirmed separately for each project. Timing depends on material availability, artwork approval, sample revisions, order quantity, number of designs, product construction and packaging requirements. Please provide your target purchasing or delivery date when sending an inquiry. After reviewing the complete brief, we will provide a realistic project schedule.

Mixed-design and mixed-size programs can be evaluated according to the selected product and production route. Projects are generally easier to coordinate when different designs share the same material, construction and packaging format. Separate minimum quantities or additional costs may apply to individual designs, colors or sizes. For an accurate review, please provide an itemized quantity breakdown for each design, color and size.

Yes. Depending on the project, we can review options such as logo applications, woven labels, care labels, hangtags, insert cards, retail packaging, polybags and export carton marks. Please provide your approved logo files, packaging references, barcode information and any labeling requirements for your destination market. Packaging should be discussed at the quotation stage because it may affect cost, MOQ, carton size and shipping arrangements.

Quality requirements are aligned with the approved product specification and sample before production. Depending on the product, relevant checkpoints may include incoming materials, print appearance, cutting and sewing, dimensions, zipper or edge details, finished-product appearance, packing and shipment readiness. If you require a specific inspection standard, testing method or third-party inspection, please tell us before the order is confirmed so that it can be included in the project plan.

For confirmed orders, we can prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and the agreed product and packing specifications. We can also provide available material information, care-label details, inspection records and applicable test reports or supporting documents for the selected product. If your market requires a specific laboratory test, certificate format or compliance document, please identify the exact requirement before sampling or order confirmation. We will confirm whether an existing document applies or whether new testing, additional cost and extra preparation time are required.

Samples and small parcels can be sent by international courier. Bulk orders can be shipped by sea or air using your nominated freight forwarder or a shipping route agreed with our team. Please provide the destination country or port so that the appropriate route can be reviewed. Before you place an order, the formal quotation or order document will clearly state the currency, unit price, applicable trade term, deposit or payment schedule, freight responsibility and bank-charge arrangement. Production and shipment will follow the commercial terms confirmed by both parties in writing.
